The Test Solutions organization within RTX drives business success by providing a variety of critical engineering services across product lines and functions.
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Test Systems Principal Execution Lead located onsite in Tucson, AZ. The Test Solutions organization within RTX delivers critical engineering services that accelerate program success and ensure product readiness across multiple mission areas. We are seeking a Principal Senior Execution Lead to provide leadership for larger work packages or medium-scale projects with high independence. Coordinates execution health, risk burndown, supplier readiness, baseline maintenance, integration readiness, and EV schedule/cost driver analysis. May serve as CAM for selected control accounts. Requires strong technical leadership, effective communication with PMO, and ability to mentor less experienced engineers.
