Position: Technical Program Manager

Amphenol High Speed and Commercial Products Groups are market leaders in high-speed, high-bandwidth electrical connectors for Telecom/Datacom and diverse markets (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our innovative interconnect solutions enable next-generation technologies and support the electronics industry worldwide. We are currently seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the end-to-end execution of complex customer hardware and NPI programs. You will connect customer priorities with internal teams, translate commitments into clear plans, proactively manage risks, and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the value, complexity, and scope of the assigned program, responsibilities may include some or many of the following:
- Lead execution of high-value or technically complex programs supporting GPU clusters for AI training and inference.
- Own selected elements of the solution, including individual components, cable assemblies, integrated cartridges, test systems, or manufacturing ramp activities.
- Coordinate component development and delivery while managing interfaces and dependencies with the complete cartridge solution.
- Manage applicable program requirements, schedules, milestones, qualification, system testing, and production readiness.
- Support or lead the development and deployment of dedicated Bit Error Rate Test (BERT) systems for validating data performance.
- Support factory-readiness and automation-line ramp plans, including equipment, capacity, materials, process qualification, and production milestones.
- Align customer requirements with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and test-development teams.
- Identify and resolve technical, manufacturing, supply-chain, capacity, and cross-program risks before they affect delivery.
- Provide customers and leadership with a clear view of status, dependencies, business impact, risks, decisions required, and recommended actions.
- Drive assigned commitments, issues, and escalations through to closure.

Experience
- Experience leading complex hardware, electronics, interconnect, networking, or infrastructure programs.
- Demonstrated leadership of product-development, qualification, NPI, and manufacturing-ramp activities.
- Proven ability to manage major customers and coordinate multiple internal functions or business units.
- Engineering, operations, or related technical background preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 – $189,260 USD annually. In determining rate of pay, Amphenol considers a variety of nondiscriminatory factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant industry experience, qualifications, skills, and education. It would be rare for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a given role. Base salary is one facet of Amphenol’s total rewards package which includes participation in our comprehensive benefits program with medical, dental, and vision benefits effective day 1, vacation, sick leave, personal days, paid holidays, life insurance, short/long term disability, and matching 401K.
