Client Relations Coordinator (Forensic Services Practice)

CRA's Forensic Services practice supports companies' commitment to integrity by assisting them and their counsel in independently responding to allegations of fraud, waste, abuse, misconduct, and non-compliance. We are noted for deploying cross-trained teams of forensic professionals to assist our clients in gaining deeper insights and greater value more quickly. We provide accounting and forensic services as well as cybercrime investigation services.

The Forensic Services practice is seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to support and grow our strategic alliance partner program. This individual will work directly with the Practice's Alliance Partnership Lead to cultivate relationships with technology partners, coordinate business development initiatives, and help identify opportunities that drive market growth.

The Client Relations Coordinator will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for many of our alliance partners, ensuring consistent communication, coordinating joint initiatives, and helping transform partner relationships into new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple initiatives, and working in a fast-paced consulting environment.

  • Support the day-to-day management of strategic alliance partner relationships.
  • Schedule and coordinate recurring meetings with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular communication with alliance partners to strengthen relationships.
  • Coordinate joint marketing campaigns, webinars, conferences, and other marketing activities.
  • Track partner-generated opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assist with developing business development plans for strategic markets.
  • Maintain CRM records, pipeline reports, and partnership metrics.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, meeting materials updates.
  • Research prospective alliance partners, market trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new alliance partners.
  • Collaborate with business development team to maximize success with clients, partnerships and potential markets.
  • Represent the practice during partner meetings and industry events when appropriate.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 25 years of experience in business development, account management, marketing, consulting, or relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to build professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is preferred.
  • Interest or experience in cybersecurity, digital forensics, eDiscovery, SaaS, or professional services is a plus.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through.
  • Comfortable communicating with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Naturally curious and proactive in identifying opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.

To be considered for a position in the United States, we require the following:

  • Resume please include current address, personal email and telephone number;
  • Cover letter (optional) please describe your interest in CRA and how this role matches your goals.

If you are interested in applying for one of our international locations, please visit our Careers site to view and apply for available jobs.

CRA's robust skills development programs, including a commitment to offering 100 hours of training annually through formal and informal programs, encourage you to thrive as an individual and team member. Beginning with research and analysis skill building, training continues with technical training, presentation skills, internal seminars, and career mentoring and performance coaching from an assigned senior colleague. Additional leadership and collaboration opportunities exist through internal firm development activities.

We offer a comprehensive total rewards program including a superior benefits package, wellness programming to support physical, mental, emotional and financial well-being, and in-house immigration support for foreign nationals and international business travelers.

CRA creates a work environment that enables our colleagues to benefit from being together in the office to best deliver on our promise of career growth, mentorship and inclusivity. At the same time, we recognize that individuals realize a range of benefits when working from home periodically. We currently expect that individuals spend at least 3 to 4 days a week working in the office (which may include traveling to another CRA office or to client meetings), with specific days determined in coordination with your practice or team.
