Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Cold Spring, MN
Compensation: $28-$35 per hour
Schedule: Days & Nights rotating 2-2-3 schedule | 5:45am-6:00pm or 5:45pm-6:00am
Job Type: Direct Hire

About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Maintenance Technicians for a leading beverage manufacturing company located in Cold Spring, MN. If you're looking for a fast-paced role with consistent hours and full-time benefits, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!

What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:

  • Operate and maintain assigned equipment to ensure it works properly and as efficiently as possible
  • Evaluate the improvement of processes in area of responsibility and work to minimize change over time
  • Oversee all record keeping and perform all tests as required
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and notify the manager when running low
  • Maintain appropriate sanitation records, and keep track of what chemicals are used and in what concentration

What You Need to Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of maintenance experience in a production environment
  • Must have a strong mechanical background, including thorough knowledge in the areas of maintenance, plumbing, electrical, welding, heating, and refrigeration
  • Must be goal-oriented and be able to work independently
  • Thorough knowledge of production operations, including all safety requirements
