Key Responsibilities
Define the end-to-end solution architecture for the Web Chassis platform.
Design scalable, secure, reusable, and highly available web application frameworks.
Establish architecture standards for AEM, SPA, BFF, front-end applications, backend services, APIs, integrations, security, deployment, and observability.
Design reusable React components, shared UI libraries, common services, templates, and application accelerators.
Define AEM architecture, including component models, templates, content structures, digital asset management, caching, publishing, and integration patterns.
Design headless and hybrid AEM implementations using APIs to deliver content to React-based applications.
Define SPA architecture using React, modern JavaScript or TypeScript, state management, client-side routing, and responsive-design patterns.
Design BFF services using Node.js, Java, or Python to provide channel-specific APIs and orchestration for web applications.
Establish clear separation of responsibilities among AEM, SPA, BFF, domain microservices, and enterprise backend systems.
Define backend architecture using Node.js, Java, Python, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
Develop reference architectures and implementation patterns for:
AEM-based digital experiences
React Single-Page Applications
Backend-for-Frontend services
Micro-frontends
Microservices
REST APIs
Event-driven integrations
Shared platform services
Configuration-driven application components
Design cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
Define service boundaries, API contracts, data flows, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements.
Evaluate trade-offs between microservices, SOA, modular monoliths, BFF services, and serverless architectures.
Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, availability, security, resilience, maintainability, and accessibility requirements.
Define caching, session management, authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, error handling, and fault-tolerance strategies.
Establish CI/CD and DevOps automation standards using GitHub, GitLab, and related technologies.
Guide containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, or Amazon ECS.
Define branching, build, testing, release, deployment, rollback, and environment-management practices.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, technical assessments, and design-governance sessions.
Identify architectural risks, technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and modernization opportunities.
Collaborate with product owners, enterprise architects, AEM developers, UX teams, security teams, developers, DevOps engineers, and quality engineers.
Mentor technical leads and development teams while ensuring adherence to approved architecture standards.
