ODYSSEY GROUP is seeking a dedicated and articulate Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a Part-Time basis. This position is located in United, Pennsylvania, USA. We are looking for an empathetic and professional individual who is passionate about providing outstanding support and building strong customer relationships. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience and upholding our company's reputation for excellence. The salary for this position is $15 - $37 USD per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
• Manage a high volume of incoming customer enquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate, valid, and complete information.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve it.
• Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in a customer support role or a similar client-facing position.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
• A customer-oriented attitude with a high degree of patience and empathy.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
