The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic professional to serve as the Executive Operations, Office of the President and CEO. This is more than an executive support role. As the operational extension of the CEO, you will help drive strategic priorities, support Board governance, coordinate enterprise initiatives, develop executive communications and presentations, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate priorities and operations for the Office of the CEOSupport Board of Directors and Executive Committee activitiesTrack strategic initiatives and organizational prioritiesDevelop executive presentations, reports, and communicationsPrepare briefing materials and follow-up for meetings and eventsSupport relationships with board members, donors, and community partnersImprove processes, organization, and accountability across executive workQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years supporting senior executives or leadership teamsExceptional communication, organization, and project coordination skillsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including PowerPointAbility to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretionCompensation/Benefits We offer an exciting, fun, inclusive, growth-oriented work environment that includes strong health benefits options, 12% employer-paid retirement upon meeting eligibility, childcare discount, complimentary Y membership, and continuous professional development opportunities.
