Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Aeronautical Engineering Associate Manager supporting the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG). This position is for a Level 4 Leadership opportunity within the IFG (F-16 & F-22) Sub-Systems Installation Design team. The position will be in Fort Worth, Texas reporting to the Design Team Manager within the Airframe Subsystems organization. Responsibilities will include career mentoring, administrative duties, performance assessments, identifying opportunities for growth and development, managing training activities, behavioral actions, compensation, and awards/recognition. Responsibilities will be split between managerial duties and execution of technical work with the Design team in IFG. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The ability to obtain a Secret and program special access clearances required.
