Summary:
-
Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies.
-
Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
-
Develops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build.
-
Leads and implements manufacturing plans.
-
Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
-
Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices.
-
Analyzes design and build concepts to evaluate producible design and build definitions.
-
Resolves technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost, or schedule.

Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies, and concepts.

Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems and implements lean principles and technologies.
Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent directly related to the work statement.

Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.

Experience developing and implementing production and tooling methodologies.
-
Experience developing and implementing manufacturing plans.

Experience conducting producibility and variation analyses.
-
Experience analyzing design and build concepts to evaluate producible definitions.

Experience resolving technical problems affecting performance, cost, or schedule.

Experience coordinating and implementing new engineering principles, advanced technologies, and concepts.

Experience validating production readiness of solutions and implementing lean principles.
