Your role will be integral in implementing The Bailey Way, which emphasizes impactful, results-driven education. The tutor provides targeted ELA and/or mathematics instruction grounded in a strong understanding of state content standards, assessment blueprints, grade-level learning progressions, and high-quality instructional resources. The role requires skill in delivering evidence-based ELA and mathematics instruction, documenting student learning, monitoring pre- to post-assessment growth, and modifying instructional strategies when progress stalls. The tutor aligns tutoring with classroom instruction and collaborates with classroom teachers to use classroom, benchmark, pre-assessment, and formative data to identify specific priority skills, address students' instructional needs, and adjust tutoring based on ongoing evidence of learning.We seek experienced educators eager to continue their legacy of excellence by mentoring the next generation of scholars.
