About the role: Boston Scientific's Field Marketing Manager is responsible for accelerating the adoption of key products in the region/geography assigned through market development, driving patient awareness and education, and enabling patient access. This position also works with key customers to position BSC as "the partner of choice" in the therapeutic categories assigned through the delivery of localized marketing programs. This candidate will work closely with Territory and Regional Executives to execute marketing tactics to increase the number of patients treated with BSC therapies.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $95,000 to $120,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
