Position Summary: This position supports Estancia and Solana Apartment Homes and requires on-site living. Work schedule is Tuesday - Saturday, Sunday/Monday off, 9am - 6pm, on-call required. The Assistant Service Manager coordinates team and contractor activities, and performs hands-on maintenance to ensure a safe, well-maintained community.
Key Responsibilities:
Additional Skills: Expertise in plumbing, electrical, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), appliance repair and apartment turnover preferred.
Preferred Education: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent experience Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2 - 5 years
