  • Partner with the ADM & Education function to ensure all programming reflects developmentally appropriate practices, athlete safety principles, and the intended on-court activation of ADM concepts.
  • Work with Manager, Club Relationships and the Chief of Regional Operations and Development to create partnership-based programming opportunities that can be implemented locally with affiliates, clubs, schools, or community organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure robust marketing and communications plans promoting programming to Clubs, regions, and new audiences.
  • Evaluate new program and partnership opportunities using defined criteria such as mission alignment, audience growth, accessibility, partner fit, operational feasibility, and long-term value creation for USAV and Clubs.
  • Develop business cases, executive recommendations, and launch-readiness materials for selected initiatives to support leadership decision-making and budget planning.
  • Establish KPI and post-launch evaluation frameworks for major initiatives, including success measures, reporting cadence, and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with Membership & Customer Service to ensure new programs launch with appropriate participant support, registration logic, and service workflows once launched.

  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
