THE POSITION: OR Scrub & Circulate professionals bring two critical skill sets to a single role. Scrubbing in means assisting surgeons directly inside the sterile field during operations — managing surgical instruments, maintaining sterile conditions, and anticipating the team's needs to ensure patient safety. Circulating means acting as the operating room's safety net and coordinator — managing counts, documentation, positioning, and communication so the surgical team can stay focused on the patient. This dual competency gives surgical departments greater staffing flexibility and continuity across cases. Id - 1503022
