Medical Response Officer

Emergency Response Officer (EMR/EMT)

Join our team at Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living, a gated retirement community. In this role, you will implement our Security and Emergency Services programs and provide outreach within the community.

Compensation: $20.00-$23.00/hour, based on experience.

Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly

Available Shifts: Day Shift: 6am - 6pm, Night Shift: 6pm - 6am

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Respond to medical emergencies and provide efficient care
• Respond to calls for service from dispatch and security
• Perform regular patrols of the property
• Enforce traffic and parking regulations
• Follow up on reports of missing items, theft, vandalism, and other potential criminal activity
• Determine when to utilize support from local police, fire, and EMS
• Complete thorough and detailed incident reports

What You Will Need:

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Prior experience in Emergency Medical Services or Security preferred
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Current Emergency Medical Responder certification or ability to acquire within 30 days of hire
