Project Manager (Mfg Project Estimator)

Pay: $55,000 annually plus commission
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This position combines project management, estimating, and inside sales responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys building customer relationships, managing projects, and driving business growth.

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Have experience in sales, estimating, project management, or manufacturing environments
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Three to five years of related experience preferred

ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Manager / Manufacturing Estimator, you will serve as a key liaison between customers, sales representatives, and internal teams while managing projects from estimate through completion.
Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers and regional sales representatives
• Preparing accurate estimates for commercial aluminum window and door projects
• Managing projects from the quotation stage through order entry and production handoff
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and sales representatives
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve regional sales goals
• Forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance
• Identifying new business opportunities and supporting customer retention efforts
• Developing regional sales strategies that align with company objectives
• Monitoring expenses to help maintain profitability goals
• Staying informed on industry trends, products, and sales techniques
• Participating in sales meetings and trade shows as needed
