The Senior Scheduler is a full-time, on-site role based in Jackson, MS, responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and analysis of detailed construction schedules for complex projects. This position prepares, updates, and reviews CPM schedules, including baseline schedules, progress updates, and recovery plans, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and contractual requirements. The Senior Scheduler collaborates closely with project managers, site supervisors, engineers, and clients to gather schedule inputs, validate activity logic and durations, and provide schedule forecasts and risk assessments. Daily responsibilities include monitoring progress, performing variance and delay analyses, identifying schedule risks and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions to keep projects on track. The role also involves contributing to project controls reporting, supporting construction delay claims and time-impact analyses, and mentoring team members on best practices in scheduling and project controls.
