As a Global Finance Manager Product, Enablement & Experience, you will shape the Finance enablement strategy and experiences that drive adoption, transformation and business value.

You will build scalable capabilities and ways of working across the Global Finance Hub, partnering with Product Owners and Finance leaders to align priorities, improve user experience and support new technologies and operating models.

You will lead product enablement, learning, change, automation and AI governance while developing a multidisciplinary team and aligning Finance with enterprise centers of excellence.

You are the candidate Capital Group is looking for

• You have 810 years of senior leadership experience, including 3+ years of people leadership, with a track record of building capabilities and developing teams.
• You bring experience in product management, enablement, experience design, change, learning, communications, or transformation.
• You are a strategic thinker who can connect capability work to measurable business outcomes while maintaining disciplined execution and operational excellence.
• You are an effective communicator with strong executive presence, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead through influence and ambiguity.
• You bring curiosity and a continuous learning mindset, with the ability to champion AI, automation, analytics, and modern ways of working responsibly.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $159,354-$254,966

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
