Penmac Staffing is seeking an experienced Saw Shop Operator for a physically demanding production role in a pallet repair facility. This position is ideal for candidates with construction, lumber, carpentry, warehouse, or manufacturing experience who enjoy hands-on work and operating power tools in a fast-paced environment. The Saw Shop Operator is responsible for cutting and preparing lumber used in pallet repair while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Work EnvironmentThis position may involve exposure to heat, cold, outdoor conditions, airborne particles, and varying noise levels.
