Front of the House Server
Pay: $2.13 per hour + tips
Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team as a Server. As a Server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, delivering excellent service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Guest Service: Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Order Management: Accurately input orders into the POS system and coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service.
• Table Maintenance: Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout the dining experience.
• Payment Handling: Process payments efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaboration: Work with kitchen staff, hosts, and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow.
Qualifications
• Experience: Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and carry trays of food and beverages.
• Team Player: Positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
• Certification: Current Texas Food Handlers Certificate and TABC certification.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in taking and delivering orders.
• Variable: Other duties as assigned

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation structure that includes a base hourly wage plus tips. Earnings potential is high based on performance, experience, and availability. We value your dedication and excellent service with strong tip opportunities and advancement potential.
