Position Description: We are currently seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team. You work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Our Maintenance Technicians provide support to the Service Managers and assume a leadership role in their absence. They provide quality service to our residents, diagnose problems, and make repairs. They are responsible for routine and preventative maintenance repairs. MUST have previous experience.
