  • Develop sponsorship programs and strategic partnerships that enhance resort visibility, create revenue opportunities, and strengthen the Brundage Mountain brand.
  • Direct the planning and execution of resort events, festivals, races, concerts, activations, and community programs designed to drive visitation, guest engagement, and revenue.
  • Oversee the entire sales process including lead generation, site tours, proposals, negotiations, contracts, event planning, execution coordination, invoicing support, and post-event evaluations.
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop promotional campaigns, sales collateral, event communications, lead-generation initiatives, and advertising strategies that support departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Retail, Mountain Operations, Guest Services, Facilities, Administration, and other departments to ensure successful execution of group business and special events.
  • Develop venue pricing, event packages, sponsorship offerings, and sales programs that maximize profitability while maintaining a high-quality guest experience.
  • Create and manage annual departmental budgets, revenue forecasts, sales pipelines, and event profitability reporting.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitive activity, and guest feedback to identify new opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvement.
  • Establish and maintain systems for lead management, sales tracking, contracting, event planning, customer communication, and post-event follow-up.
  • Supervise Sales & Events team members and guide daily departmental activities. Provide coaching, feedback, professional development, and performance management to ensure achievement of departmental goals.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration throughout the resort while serving as an ambassador for Brundage Mountain within the McCall community, tourism industry, and regional marketplace.
