Also responsible for the on-going support, configuration, implementation, performance monitoring, upgrade, and documentation of enterprise applications. Participates in 24/7 on-call rotation. Serves as escalation point for Level I and II application support. Will also assist in on-going efforts to continually improve and document the security of HNTB's information technology infrastructure.
