Pay: $24.50–$25.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Type: Temporary with potential for permanent hire
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite During Temporary Assignment
Benefits After Permanent Hire
Upon conversion to a permanent position, employees may become eligible for a hybrid schedule: Tuesday–Thursday onsite and Monday/Friday remote.
Job Summary
The Deduction Analyst is responsible for researching and resolving customer shortage and overage deductions and chargebacks. This position reviews supporting documentation, maintains accurate claim records, identifies root causes, and works closely with Customer Service, Operations, Accounting, and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
