Coordinates several HR functions including health/wellness program, company discounts, updating intranet, processing new hire paperwork and onboarding, and answering HR related questions.

Answer multi-line telephone promptly and courteously

Greet internal and external visitors with enthusiasm and notify appropriate staff members of their presence.

Become familiar with key owners/clients and their special requests

Type, file, fax, receive and distribute mail, and other administrative duties

Maintain team member common room area

Manage office supply orders and inventory, place orders for team members as required.

Maintain accurate vendor contact and account information

Monitor and follow up to ensure employee compliance requirements are met

Lead employee trainings and maintain records

What You Bring

Excellent people skills

Have a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor

Be detail-oriented, and have exceptional organizational skills

Be reliable and punctual

Have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PageMaker is a must

A Bachelor's degree is preferred

Where you'll work: Hotel Indigo offers 142 rooms, more than 8,000 square feet of event space, Jetty Bar & Grille serving a seafood menu inspired by the Pacific Northwest, and an indoor swimming pool. The hotel is a central part of the Port of Everett's redevelopment, Waterfront Place, and is surrounded by parks, housing, restaurants, docks, and more.
