As an ECB Inpatient Nurse Tech, you will work 24 hrs. per month + 1 summer and 1 winter holiday. This position will work Monday - Friday the first week of employment, 8-hour day shifts.
The Nurse Technician holds a safety sensitive position and is a competent paraprofessional which assists the registered nurses by assuming responsibility and accountability for direct and indirect patient care. He/she may assist with activities, personal care, comfort measures, maintenance of a safe and clean environment, and certain test/procedures done to a specific patient population (dependent on area) under the direction and supervision of a RN. Supports the nursing and medical staff in an effort to provide optimum patient outcomes.
