Care Initiatives Hospice is looking for an experienced Hospice Clinical Manager - RN to support and lead our Cedar Rapids hospice clinical team. Care Initiatives, created in 1989, is the largest non-profit single operator of quality nursing homes in Iowa. With over 40 skilled nursing communities throughout Iowa and nine (9) hospice locations Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, Muscatine, Greenfield, Albia, Waterloo, Manchester, Sioux City, Omaha, Nebraska.
