Conoit et propose une politique de gestion des ressources humaines de la collectivit sous la direction du directeur gnral des services. Activits techniques : participation la dfinition de la politique ressources humaines; accompagnement des agents et des services; pilotage et/ou animation du dialogue social et des instances reprsentatives; gestion des emplois et dveloppement des comptences; pilotage de la gestion administrative et statutaire; pilotage de l'activit R.H. et de la masse salariale; information et communication R.H.; organisation et fonctionnement des instances reprsentatives.
- SAVOIRS SOCIOPROFESSIONNELS : qualits relationnelles, diplomatie, communication et ngociation; concepts fondamentaux de la GPEEC : postes, emplois, mtiers et comptences; dispositifs d'accompagnement des agents; sociologie des organisations; rglementation relative la sant et la scurit au travail; mthodes de conduite du changement; cadre lgal et rglementaire de la gestion R.H.; techniques de conduite d'entretien individuel et collectif; fonctionnement et modalits du contrle de lgalit; composition et facteurs d'volution de la masse salariale; statut de la fonction publique; ingnierie des comptences;
