Job Title Physical Therapist Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Buckeye, Arizona. This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality patient care within an outpatient rehabilitation setting, focusing on restoring function, reducing pain, and preventing disability for a diverse patient population. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including strength, range of motion, balance, coordination, and functional abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, physician orders, and patient goals. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and functional training to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies. Document patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care. Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards of physical therapy practice. Required Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program. Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.
