Take your psychiatric career into a flexible, primarily telehealth-based PMHNP opportunity serving patients across remote communities in Washington, Montana, Oregon, and Alaska. This role offers an excellent opportunity to expand access to behavioral healthcare while enjoying the flexibility and convenience of a remote clinical model.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Psychiatric ARNP/PMHNP seeking long-term career stability, clinical autonomy, geographic flexibility, and meaningful community impact.
• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management through telehealth.
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of behavioral health and psychiatric conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical presentation.
• Monitor treatment response, adjust medications when clinically appropriate, and provide patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health professionals, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
• Current and unrestricted APRN/NP licensure applicable to the states served.
• Appropriate prescribing authority and DEA registration, as required.
• Strong psychiatric assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-engagement abilities.
• Comfortable providing high-quality care through telehealth technology.
• Full-time / permanent opportunity.
• Primarily telehealth-based.
• Remote coverage across Washington, Montana, Oregon, and Alaska.
• Schedule and coverage requirements to be determined based on clinical needs.
• Psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis.
• Medication management.
• Behavioral health treatment planning.
• Telepsychiatry and virtual patient care.
• Patient education and counseling.
• Risk assessment and clinical decision-making.
• Strong documentation and EMR skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent clinical practice and multidisciplinary collaboration
