IT Support Engineer

Job Description:

• Own management of access to corporate systems including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and 1Password, and perform regular access audits
• Partner with the IT managed service provider to ensure smooth helpdesk operations and hardware management
• Monitor SOC2 compliance and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Collaborate with DevOps and Security Engineering to integrate secure and efficient technology solutions
• Continuously improve technology choices and usage, including requirements generation, procurement, vendor planning and rollout, and stakeholder coordination
• Ensure Wisetack employees are empowered with secure, compliant IT solutions

Requirements:

• Strong Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
• Strong Experience using MDM solutions primarily with Apple environments
• Experience working with compliance frameworks such as PCI, SOC2, and HIPAA
• Experience performing IT Support and using help desk ticketing systems such as Jira Service Management
• Experience managing Identity solutions such as Okta and SSO/SAML
• Familiarity with IT Service Management best practices
• Familiarity with endpoint security solutions
