We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help execute and optimize marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, business growth, and measurable results. In this role, you'll manage email marketing campaigns, digital content, promotional programs, and marketing projects while partnering closely with teams across the business to bring campaigns to life. Plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns and projects from concept through completion.
Manage email marketing initiatives, including promotional, triggered, and customer communication campaigns.
Partner with Sales, Product Management, Pricing, Purchasing, and eCommerce teams to develop marketing programs that support customer engagement and revenue growth.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on key metrics and customer behavior.
Analyze marketing results, ROI, customer trends, and promotional effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct market, customer, and competitor research and translate findings into impactful marketing strategies and recommendations.
Coordinate timelines, priorities, vendor relationships, and project deliverables to ensure successful execution.
