About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic AI & Engineering Talent Acquisition Lead to drive hiring across our fastest growing practices in North America. This individual will own the recruitment strategy and execution for AI, Engineering, Data, Cloud, Product, and GTM leadership hiring. This is not a traditional recruiter role. We are looking for a talent leader who can operate as a market advisor to business leaders, build talent maps, engage passive candidates, and influence hiring decisions at the executive level. The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping us build AI native and engineering-first teams that will shape the future of our business and our clients.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end hiring for AI, Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, and GTM roles across North America.
• Recruit cutting edge AI talent including AI Product Builders, Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), AI Deployment Strategists, Applied AI Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, AI Architects, and Engineering Leaders.
• Lead hiring for Product Managers, Product Builders, Client Partners, Sales Leaders, Alliance Leaders, Practice Leaders, and Industry Specialists.
• Build proactive talent maps across AI startups, hyperscalers, product companies, research labs, and consulting firms.
• Partner with executives to define hiring strategies, talent priorities, and workforce plans.
• Advise leaders on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive market intelligence.
• Drive candidate engagement, executive-level closing, and offer negotiations.
• Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and innovative sourcing strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
• You will build and manage a high caliber recruiting team.

What Are We Looking For?

• 10+ years of recruiting experience with deep expertise in technical hiring.
• Proven success hiring AI, Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, and GTM talent across North America.
• Strong understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs, AI products, and Forward Deployed Engineering models.
• Experience hiring both technical builders and customer-facing commercial talent.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, executive search, sourcing, and market mapping capabilities.
• Experience leading a diverse team of 3-5 talent acquisition professionals.
