About the Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic Facility & Logistics Coordinator to join our Carson team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced operational environment, likes keeping things organized, and wants to build experience across logistics, facility coordination, shipment support, reporting and day-to-day site operations.

This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level coordinator who is hands-on, detail-oriented and eager to learn. You will help coordinate transportation schedules, support facility needs, maintain operational records, prepare reports and work closely with internal teams, suppliers, carriers and service providers to keep our Carson operation running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Logistics & Transportation Coordination

• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation scheduling for the Carson operation.
• Support domestic shipments, export shipments, customer deliveries, supplier arrivals and LTL movements.
• Work with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, distribution centers and 3PL partners to confirm appointments and shipment status.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including BOLs, packing lists and supporting shipment paperwork.
• Provide timely updates on shipment activity, delays, exceptions and follow-up actions.

Facility & Site Coordination

• Support day-to-day coordination needs for the Carson facility.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, site services, vendors and general facility support activities.
• Help prepare for internal meetings, visitors, audits and operational reviews.
• Support a safe, organized and efficient working environment.

Operational Reporting & Coordination Support

• Maintain accurate operational records, logs, trackers and reports.
• Support weekly and monthly reporting on logistics activity, service performance and site coordination items.
• Help track delivery activity, customer requirements and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate communication between Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer teams, suppliers and service providers.

Purchasing, Supplies & Service Support

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3+ years of experience in logistics, operations coordination, facility coordination, warehouse support, customer service or a similar administrative coordination role.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with schedules, trackers, documents and follow-up actions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with internal teams, customers, vendors, carriers and service providers.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• A proactive, positive and organized working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Interest in sustainability, circular economy or reuse solutions is a plus.
