Data Center Programmatic Coordinator

Job Summary

The incumbent should expect to be assigned programmatic, compliance, safety, training, operational readiness, and other mission-support responsibilities that serve as a significant and recurring focus of the position. While a foundational understanding of data center engineering principles, critical infrastructure systems, and operational practices is required, the successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional diligence, initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This role requires a self-directed professional capable of managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records and documentation, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring assigned programs remain compliant with applicable policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. The incumbent will be expected to take ownership of assigned responsibilities, proactively identify, and resolve issues, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

These assignments are performed in conjunction with core engineering duties and are critical to maintaining the reliability, security, resilience, and operational readiness of the data center. Success in this position requires a balance of technical competency, administrative rigor, accountability, and the ability to independently execute programs that support organizational objectives and mission-critical operations.

Examples include:

  • Safety Program Coordinator
    • Promote workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with OSHA, agency, and facility safety requirements.
    • Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and incident reporting activities.
    • Support emergency preparedness drills and response planning.
  • Training and Development Coordinator
    • Coordinate technical training, certification tracking, and professional development opportunities for engineering and operations personnel.
    • Assist with onboarding, qualification programs, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
  • Physical Readiness and Wellness Advocate
    • Support employee wellness initiatives, ergonomics programs, and workforce resilience efforts.
    • Promote a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Quality Assurance Representative
    • Perform independent reviews of maintenance activities, operational procedures, and engineering documentation.
    • Verify adherence to established standards, policies, and quality control requirements.
  • Compliance and Audit Coordinator
    • Support regulatory audits and inspections.
    • Maintain records associated with operational, environmental, cybersecurity, and facility compliance requirements.
    • Coordinate corrective actions and documentation management.
  • Emergency Management and Continuity Coordinator
    • Assist with business continuity, disaster recovery, and emergency response planning.
    • Participate in exercises and readiness assessments to ensure operational resilience.
  • Environmental and Sustainability Representative
    • Support energy management, sustainability initiatives, water conservation efforts, and environmental compliance programs.
    • Track facility efficiency metrics and support reporting requirements

Qualifications:

High School Diploma

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is:

United States - DE2 Denver: 61,200 - 91,800 USD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
