Customer Service Representative

This is a remote position.

A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing professional, friendly, and efficient support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, processing requests, and providing accurate information about products and services. The representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers and works to ensure a positive customer experience while meeting company standards and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional, and courteous service.
  
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, live chat, or in person.
  
• Listen carefully to customers, identify their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
  
• Handle customer complaints and concerns calmly and professionally.
  
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, policies, orders, and account information.
  
• Process customer orders, payments, returns, refunds, exchanges, and service requests.
  
• Track and follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
  
• Enter customer information and service details into company databases or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or the appropriate department.
  
• Work with sales, billing, technical support, shipping, and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
  
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  
• Meet established goals for customer satisfaction, response time, productivity, and quality.
  
• Protect customer privacy and handle confidential information appropriately.
  
• Stay informed about company products, services, promotions, and policies.
