Hiring Experienced Flatbed Drivers
💰 $0.85–0.80 CPM all miles paid by ODO

Equipment:
2024-2026 Cascadia and Volvo automatic
53’ Reitnouer flatbed rear axle slide

Work:
Flatbed freights, OD, no Hazmat
No major cities NY, Philly, Baltimore, etc.

Requirements:
1+ year flatbed experience
No SAP
Clean background $0.85 on start
Responsible & responsive on duty

Job Summary

• Contract Driver (1099, Solo)
• Step Deck and Flatbed trailer
• OTR
• $2,850 - $3,250 gross total weekly avg. pay
• 3,500 avg. miles per week
• Dedicated, Line Haul, LTL
• No Driver Load/Unload
• 50% tarping

Home Time

• 21 - 28 expected days out
• You can stay out longer if you want to
• Get 7 days of home time for every 21 days worked
• Home at least one weekend per month

Orientation Details

• Orientation is not paid for
• Does not cover accommodation
• Drivers get their own room
• No meals are included
• Orientation is performed partly or in full online
• Covers some or all travel expenses

Hiring Requirements

• Class A license
• 12 months Flatbed experience
