A full-time Social Media Digital Marketing Specialist with analytical skills, critical, and creative thinking. Someone who is truly interested in our client’s business objectives and can directly plan and implement Social Media marketing solutions to meet those objectives. In addition, the ideal candidate will be open to learning about new innovations in digital marketing (including AI based solutions) and creating more value for themselves and the company. Our Ideal Candidate Is Proven: At least 1-2 years Social Media Marketing and Advertising ExperienceAbility to multi-task and manage multiple client projects simultaneouslyExperience or exposure / understanding of Digital Marketing and SEO/ SEM practicesExposure to how to set-up and manage successful Social Media marketing campaigns on Facebook and InstagramStrong writing and grammatical skillsAbility to develop new and Creative ideas for AdsDetail-oriented and passionate about creating great work Strategic: Ability to find and communicate the story within the data. Not just the “what,” but the “why”.An inquisitive nature. You should be interested to check the data on all accounts and be curious to find out the causes and effects of tests/changes/etc...Possess strong problem-solving abilities, be able to prioritize projects A Team Player: Strong sense of collaboration, great attitude, sense of humor and courteous personality are mainstream to our company cultureCandidate is a self-starter comfortable taking direction or working independentlyExcellent written communication and interpersonal skillsAccountable, takes ownership Education: Bachelor's Degree required, open to all majors
