Nakupuna Companies is seeking an Entry-Level Training Specialist in support of the Department of State (DoS) Bureau of Global Acquisitions (GA). DOS has a robust Acquisition Program with an average annual spend portfolio of ~$12 billion executed through approximately 25,000 contract transactions and $4.7 billion executed through approximately 1,200 federal assistance (grants) awards supporting a diverse mission set. GA reports to the Undersecretary for Management and has three organizational elements to include: Acquisition Management Directorate (GA/AM), Acquisition Policy Directorate (GA/AP), and Federal Assistance Directorate (GA/FAM).

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $90,000-$110,000. The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies' total compensation package for employees.
