Madison Pointe Assisted Living, McFarland Villa Assisted Living, & Stoughton Meadows Assisted Living are seeking a driven, compassionate, and growth-minded Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) to join our team. Through hands-on training, mentorship from experienced healthcare leaders, and exposure to all aspects of clinical operations, you will gain the knowledge and confidence needed to successfully lead clinical services within an assisted living community.
The Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) will partner closely with experienced Clinical Directors and operational leaders to learn all aspects of clinical leadership within assisted living.
