As an Associate Marketing Enablement Lead within PNC's Marketing organization, you will be based in a PNC Marketing Hub location. The NBA (Next Best Action) Decisioning Associate Marketing Enablement Lead position is on the Audience and Channel Activation team within Marketing Enablement. This job plays a critical role in operationalizing the marketing decisioning engine that drives personalized, real-time customer engagement across marketing channels. The role entails coordinating across teams to ensure new work requests (Actions, Treatments, Campaigns) for the decisioning engine are effectively prioritized and implemented. This involves communicating prioritization decisions to stakeholders while gathering their input, capacity planning, and triages new work requests to assess complexity and determine the right approach. Success requires curiosity, systems thinking, strong organization & problem-solving skills, pattern recognition, clear communication, comfort with ambiguity, and learning agility. Project Management or Project coordination experience is helpful in this role.

Base Salary: $75,000.00 $137,500.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
