As an Operations Technology Leader your roles and responsibilities will include: The Operations Technology (OT) Leader will lead the digital transformation of the manufacturing site by connecting industrial automation, plant-floor systems, data, and secure network infrastructure. This person will serve as the site's primary technical expert for OT systems, automation, controls, manufacturing systems, and IT/OT integration. The role involves leading technology projects, improving plant performance, maintaining OT infrastructure, and partnering with plant engineering, operations, IT, and global manufacturing technology teams.
Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Operations Technology Leader who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Operations Technology Leader would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
