Gift Shop Manager
Doctors Hospital of Laredo, in Laredo, TX, is a 183-bed acute care facility that offers a range of medical services. Oversee gift shop operations to include customer service, merchandise selection, sales, display and inventory management. Utilizing the POS system to price and pull reports. Responsible for strengthening and growing volunteer programs and services that meet hospital and community needs. Develop strategies for volunteer recruitment, recognition, fundraising and program initiatives. Represent the volunteer organization within the community. Perform all work in accord with the mission, vision and values of Doctors Hospital.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years of retail management experience
Associate's Degree required, bachelor's preferred
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated knowledge of non-profit management and volunteer engagement
Working knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
Well organized, self-motivated
Ability to set priorities, problem solve and motivate others
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
