The Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center, Northeastern Indiana's premier full-service hotel and convention facility, is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead its front desk and bell/transportation departments with energy, integrity, and a passion for top-tier service. As a full-service Hilton property, we are committed to delivering exceptional hospitality at every touchpoint. We are looking for a results-driven, guest-focused leader who thrives on the front lines. While this is a management position that involves administrative responsibilities such as payroll, scheduling, and team performance oversight, the successful candidate is expected to spend at least 80% of their time actively engaged with their team and our guests. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who leads by example and has a genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional service.

Flexible schedule is a must, this position may be required to work any shift, including early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Weekend availability is expected; while time off requests are considered, this role typically includes two days off during the week.
Salary can be discussed based on experience. Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
