With a rich history that began in the automotive sector, our company has grown to operate across the United States, Iraq, Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This Full-Time position is based in our Los Angeles, California office and is crucial for maintaining our high standards of client satisfaction. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their enquiries.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inbound communications via email, phone, and other support channels.
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
* Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
* Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
* Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring a seamless client experience.
* Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed and actively participating in team meetings.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a client support, customer service, or similar role.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic telephone manner.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused orientation.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Experience within the automotive industry is desirable but not essential.
