About the Role:
We're looking for a PLC Programmer who thrives on solving complex data challenges, streamlining integrations, and turning business needs into scalable technical solutions.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our data ecosystem, designing robust Oracle database applications, developing ETL pipelines, and enabling data-driven decision-making through modern BI platforms. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to bridge Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Financial Systems, and enterprise reporting environments.

What You'll Do
Build & Optimize Enterprise Data Solutions

• Design, develop, and optimize advanced Oracle PL/SQL programs, packages, procedures, and database objects.
• Create scalable database solutions that support mission-critical business applications.
• Ensure database performance, reliability, and data integrity across enterprise systems.

Power Data Movement & Integration

• Develop and maintain robust ETL solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Seamlessly integrate data between Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Financial Systems, and enterprise applications.
• Support data transformation, cleansing, and synchronization initiatives.

Drive Automation & Reporting Excellence

• Design and maintain Excel Macros and VBA-based solutions to automate business processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to streamline data preparation and reporting workflows.

Enable Business Insights

• Collaborate with analytics teams to support reporting and visualization initiatives using Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Deliver data structures and solutions that empower informed business decisions.

Solve Complex Challenges

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and database issues with a focus on operational stability.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality development standards.
• Translate business requirements into practical, maintainable technical implementations.

What Makes You a Great Fit
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in Oracle Database Development with advanced PL/SQL expertise.
• Hands-on experience building ETL workflows using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Proficiency in developing and managing Excel Macros/VBA solutions.
• Exceptional troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
• Self-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms.
• Exposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Financial Systems integration projects.
• Knowledge of Oracle database administration and SQL performance tuning techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and methodologies.
• Experience with additional ETL frameworks, data integration technologies, or programming languages.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $50.00 - $53.84 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
