We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role supports lease administration and loan diligence and compliance functions, focusing on coordination, documentation, and tracking related to leasing actions and lender requirements. The Real Estate Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, as well as external partners such as legal counsel, lenders, and financial partners.
The Real Estate Coordinator will report to the Manager, Real Estate Analytics.

In the first year, the Real Estate Coordinator will develop a strong understanding of WS Development's lease administration and lender coordination processes. Initial success will be demonstrated through effective tracking of leasing actions, accurate documentation, timely communication with internal and external partners, and reliable support of senior team members.
