Requirements Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction Knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools Constant need to be on feet and to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment Responsibilities Cleaning the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily Cleaning and maintaining the laundry facilities as well as model apartments daily Preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-in Performs additional duties requested by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager We offer a competitive salary, good benefits, and an energetic environment.
