We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities Enter data into computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
Update existing records and maintain current information.
Organize and manage electronic and paper files.
Generate reports and retrieve information as requested.
Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times.
Perform regular quality checks on entered data.
Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve data discrepancies.
Scan, file, and archive documents as required.
Meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of database management systems.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills Experience with CRM or ERP software.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Time management and multitasking abilities.
Working Conditions Full-time Office-based Standard business hours with occasional overtime as needed.
