You will also have the opportunity to work with other like-minded, self-directed, and detail-oriented Top Talents in a highly collaborative and professional environment. 8am to 4:30pm Shift (Central Time Zone) Virtual role Responsibilities and Requirements Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionalsEngage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to encourage positive business relationshipsSupport Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax. Researches responses with salesKeep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions takenDetermine charges for services requested, collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for collection payments, and/or arrange for billingPrepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer informationMaintain customer pricing in ERP system, including entering contracts as requiredImplement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system through proper billing and replenishment processesImplement procedures to manage inventory shelf life and expiry records Requirements 2+ years of experience required, Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of working with equipment contracts and service level agreementsMust have Skills: Analytical-experience working with data to solve problems and develop processes Organized Communication (customer service orientation) Experience with Microsoft Office Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and various functions PowerBI Skills a plusSAP and or SaleForce experience highly desired.
